Built from lived experience, not borrowed fitness noise

My approach to coaching comes from real life, not perfect routines. I rebuilt my strength while raising twins, juggling everyday responsibilities, and learning nutrition deeply along the way. I also navigated my own health hurdles — hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuations, and seasons where consistency felt impossible.

There were phases of fatigue, inconsistency, and starting over — experiences many women quietly go through. Through that journey, I learned something important: fitness has to adapt to life, not the other way around.
